Refund policy

• We accept returns and exchange within 14 days from the date of reception

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Returns for custom or personalised items are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at fabs.sogolon@outlook.com within 48hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In this case, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if applicable.

• Customer are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Original shipping cost are non-refundable, if the item is not arrives damaged or faulty.

• To request a return, contact us at fabs.sogolon@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
